Breathing Again

We have MOJ approval. Thankfully, the MOJ was willing to approve the copy of the file that had to be sent by the Orphanage Director because the original is still missing. Now the file is on its way back to the DOJ to have a letter of recommendation attached for the People's Committee. Hopefully the DOJ will move quickly on this and pass the file off to the People's Committee for the last approval and invitation to travel. We are very close.
